Terms of Service — Happy Roads

This document covers the Happy Roads Android app (com.tumeechu.happyroads), published by Tumeechu. It exists in English and Greek; the Greek section below is the same document, not a summary.

Acceptance

By installing or using Happy Roads, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What the app is

Happy Roads is a personal vehicle record-keeping tool: reminders for legal and maintenance deadlines, cost tracking, fuel consumption, and a history of a vehicle's service, expenses and trips. It runs on your device and stores your data locally, with an optional backup to your own Google Drive. See the Privacy Policy for what data is involved and how backups work.

No warranty, no liability

Happy Roads is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It is a personal record-keeping aid, not a certified or professional source for legal, tax, or safety compliance. In particular:

• Deadline reminders — ΚΤΕΟ, insurance, road tax and service reminders are calculated from the data you enter and from general rules the app applies to that data. They do not replace checking the official record for your vehicle, and the app is not responsible for a missed, incorrect, or late deadline.
• Cost and consumption figures — derived entirely from what you enter. Incomplete or incorrect entries produce incomplete or incorrect figures.
• Liability — the developer is not liable for any loss, fine, missed deadline, or other damage arising from use of the app, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your data, your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping a backup if you want one. An uninstalled app, a lost or reset device, or a deleted local database removes data that has no backup. See the Privacy Policy for how backups work and what they do and do not cover.

Your Google account

If you connect a Google account to back up to your own Drive, that connection is governed by Google's own terms as well as these. The developer has no access to your Drive or its contents; the app only reads and writes the one backup file it creates there.

Changes to the app and these terms

The app may change between versions — features may be added, changed, or removed. If these terms change, the updated text will be published at this same address, with the date at the top revised. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Termination

You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. There is no account with the developer to close — see the Privacy Policy for what an uninstall does and does not remove.
